Starter:
Ricotta and capsicum bake (a mixture of eggs and ricotta layered with basil and roast pepper. Served with salad and roast pepper tapenade)
Smoked salmon salad (Scottish smoked salmon with a cucumber and mixed leaf salad, cream cheese, and accompanied by brown bread and butter)
Tomato soup (rich, homemade tomato soup with croutons and warm ciabatta bread)

Main Course:
Courgette, spinach and cheese tarte (courgette and wilted spinach, mixed with mature cheese, garlic, mustard and onion, with a hint of chilli, and topped with sesame seeds)
Traditional turkey (roast turkey breast with pigs in blankets and rich gravy)
Salmon fillet with hollandaise (grilled salmon fillets topped with homemade hollandaise sauce, infused with sun blushed tomatoes)
Stuffed chicken (succulent chicken breast stuffed with mushroom duxelle, flavoured with truffle and wrapped in streaky bacon)
- All served with seasonal vegetables and minted new potatoes

Dessert:
Old fashioned treacle tart (shortcrust pastry case filled with a mix of lemon, breadcrumbs and golden syrup. Served warm with vanilla ice cream)
Profiteroles (homemade profiteroles filled with cream, topped with warm chocolate sauce)
Christmas pudding (individual fruit sponge served with custard)
