Flash fried turkey with sage and onion stuffing, cranberry sauce and homemade stock gravy. Accompanied by pigs in blankets and sauteed potatoes. Available in a ciabatta or a giant Yorkshire pudding wrap.

Gressingham Duck Breast - £11.95
Seared Gressingham duck breast served pink over sauteed Lyonnaise potatoes with a homemade Madeira cranberry glaze and a side of braized red cabbage. (20 minutes cooking time)
